CD digital printing

After the replication, the label art is printed on the disc using one of two different direct imprint on disc technologies. We have many printing solutions to offer you with CD and DVD duplication/replication printing and packaging.

Silkscreen printing is the original technology for printing on CDs and until recently has been the only option for printing on CDs. This method makes use of and exposures, screens and spot colors. Silk-screening disc printing service has a maximum resolution of 150 lines per inch and produces pretty good vibrant colors.

Offset digital printing is been available for a few good years now and produces a resolution of 175 lines per inch. CD and DVD digital printing using the offset process has a much crisper and more detailed full color image and is used largely on CDs and DVDs containing photo images.

If CD or DVD duplication is performed instead of replication (for quantities less than 500 discs) a different digital printing process is used.

Ink-jet digital photo quality printing at 300 DPI photo realistic that is better than silkscreen, using the best possible printer output on the market today. There are three levels of CD and DVD printable disc surface finish: regular, semi-gloss, and high-gloss.

Quality is ultimately a reflection of how much we value you as a customer.
